UPDATE: 10.25.22 NOT ONLY DID THEY STEP UP TO THE PLATE. THEY HIT A HOMERUN. GOT MY TABLE MOVED AS THEY KEPT THERE WORD !!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I must add that my husband said the guys that showed , to dismantle the pool table was beyond kind and friendly. I said yes I spoke with Josh and he was so kind and professional that he said they were preparing to leave to pick up my table. And were on there way. And so they did. Showed exactly the time they gave. My husband and I will be forever grateful to everyone evolved helping us. THE BEGINNING: First and foremost customer service is excellent. Thank you Melanie. I needed a pool table moved and a local pool table company said they would dismantle and move it. For 3 weeks I waited for a call for an appointment to pick up the pool table.  I called pretty much everyday, because I sold my home. Got to move we have a closing date. 10.26.22 . So I finally called Monday 10.17.22 for them to tell me we can't do it till November 9. 2024 , oh my, wow!!! Seriously ugh. What can ya do except listen to bs because someone didn't do there job. Really took them 3 weeks to tell me. So I called AMINI'S and explained what had happened.  And Melanie got with management and they are going far beyond what they had to. They are going to move it for me. This is what you call excellent customer service. So I know where I will be letting all family and friends know where to shop. This company is so much more in the way they address people when they answer the phone. So professional in the way they treat people.
